Ass kickin nachos, but they mine
Ok now these are the easiest dish to make for dinner
or for snack, at a party or just for the love
of natchos....
You will need
Corn chips (of your liking)
Ground beef, or chicken
Taco seasoning
Shredded cheese
Black olives
Diced tomatoes
Diced green onion
Chilli ( better if homemade left overs)
Hot salsa
Sour cream
And what ever spicy peppers you prefer
Mix all idems in a bowl and put on a baking dish,
but leave out the chilli
and place in the oven at 350 for 10 min,
Take out and top with chili and more cheese
and bake until cheese is melted.. One of the
Best snacks ever, and very easy.. Oh yea
Cook the meat before you mix with the other
Idems...

My famous fully loaded potato soup
When I cook I don't follow recipes, I simply just add until it looks and taste right..
Ingredients
4 large peeled potatoes
Green onion
1 large onion
3-4 large carrots
3-4 large pieces celery
1# bacon 14/16 dailies is best
Butter
Flour
Milk
sour cream
Chicken base
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Fresh garlic
Cut potatoes into bite size chunks and boil until almost done, drain and put in fridge Dice onions, celery, and carrots put in a big pot and heat on low until onions are transparent Add butter and flour to make a rue and cook on low until the rue is the color of peanut butter, a little darker is better, mix chicken base to about a cup of warm water and add to pot add milk your chilled potatoes, diced green onions, and cooked crispy bacon (diced) cook on med for about an hour or so stirring often add seasoning to your taste, a big scoop of sour cream and enjoy!!!! Garnish with shredded cheddar diced green onion and parsley, best if eaten with a grilled cheese sandwich.
